JY-7 series telescopic bleachers, when stretched into a step shape, the seats can be turned up for the audience to enjoy the program comfortably; when contracted into a layered shape, it occupies little space, and the venue can be used exclusively. JY-7 telescopic grandstand seating systems working principle

The whole of the telescopic grandstand is stepped. A row of seats (foldable) is installed on each level of stairs, the lowest level is the first row, and the highest level is the last row. Install the telescopic drive mechanism at the lower part of the lowest step.

Each stand unit is composed of support beams and bottom wheels of the same height. The caster frame of the same stand unit has the same height, and the seats are installed on the platform to form a row of seats on the stand. In different stand units, the height of the caster frame is different, so that the installation height of the platform is also different, forming a stepped stand.

The system is equipped with an overload protection device. If an overload occurs, the system will send a continuous call and automatically cut off the motor control circuit. In this case, the main power supply should be cut off immediately. If you want to restart the machine, you must pause for 2~3 minutes to reset the thermal relay.

Telescopic grandstand collection methods

1. Wall mounted type

This is the most common way to install telescopic stand, the last row is fixed to the wall; after the stands are folded, the whole group of stand is retracted by the wall, which is a very effective and space-saving installation method.

2. Wall storage type

The size of the existing walls of the venue is used to design the telescopic event stand system, so that when the stand system is in the fully recovered position, it is stowed under the cantilever beams, completely freeing up the entire space of the venue, and the sides of the stands are not exposed. This system is equipped with up and down moving guide rails and detachable side guardrails, and can be equipped with an over-stepping ladder between the upper floor and the stands if necessary.

3. Overall movable type

Due to the inconvenience of venue requirements, the stand can be fixed in a determined position in the venue, and movable stands can be provided in groups. The stand is equipped with a locking device when installed to increase safety.

JY-7 series telescopic grandstand seating electrical control system

The telescopic operation electrical control system of the grandstands generally adopts the form of travel switch, AC contactor, positive and negative switch buttons (manual control, infrared remote control, touch screen), and the system adopts the limit position stop method, that is, pressing the function button, the stand will run to the limit position before it stops automatically. If you need to stop halfway, you must press the stop button again. The system is equipped with a thermal relay, that is, it has an overload protection function.

The usages of JY-7 series telescopic grandstand seating system

1. Pull out the bleacher

Step 1: Check the telescopic walking area in front of the stand, and whether there is any debris on the ground, especially hard objects, if any, should be removed;

Step 2: Open the control box door (located at the end of the stand on the last floor against the wall), move the air switch (main switch, two motor switches) upwards, and turn on the power;

Step 3: Select the operation method of the remote control: just press the start button on the remote control, the active stand will be automatically pulled out, and when it is in place, the power will be automatically cut off by the stroke switch; if you need to stop halfway, press the “stop” button, otherwise the stand Then travel until it stops automatically at the contraction or extension limit position;

Step 4: Flip up the seat to use state;

Step 5: Put the front step, move the air switch downwards, cut off the power, lock the door of the control box, and the movable stand is pulled out.

2. Bleacher retracted

Step 1: Place the front row stepping on the first row of aisles;

Step 2: Insert the unlocking handle into the square shaft under the seat, step on the handle downwards, put the seat upside down and level, and so on, put all the seats down;

Step 3: Check whether there are debris temporarily stacked under the steel frame of the event stand, and remove it if any;

Step 4: Open the door of the control box, move the air switch (main switch, two motor switches) upward, and turn on the power;

Step 5: Select the operation method of the remote control: just press the start button on the remote control, the active stand will automatically retract, and when it is in place, the power will be automatically cut off by the stroke switch; if you want to stop halfway, press the “stop” button, otherwise the stand will move until it stops automatically at the limit position of contraction or extension;

Step 6: Move the air switch downwards, cut off the power supply, lock the control box door, and complete the retracting operation of the movable stand.

If wired operation control is required, remove the safety cover of the power socket on the front panel of the movable stand, align the pin hole on the operating handle with the power socket on the front panel of the movable stand, then tighten the tube sleeve on the pin, and then turn on the power of the control box (It is forbidden to connect the plug when the control box is turned on to avoid short circuit), the operation steps are the same as above; the difference is: the finger cannot be released when the pull button is pressed, and the finger is released to stop the button; after the operation is completed, screw the power socket Safety cover to avoid accidents when children are playing.

Precautions for the use of telescopic grandstand seating systems

1. Check the walking area and the ground for sundries, especially hard objects, before stretching the grandstand.

2. If the grandstand is found to have poor walking or mechanical impact or sharp friction during operation, it should be shut down for inspection, and the cause should be found out and removed before running.

3. After the grandstand has been used and folded, if it is not used for a long time, the entire grandstand should be covered with a cloth or plastic cover to prevent it from being unused for a long time and being stained with dust.

4. After the telescopic grandstand is installed or used, other projects around it must not be restarted to prevent the grandstand from being damaged or contaminated. If other projects must be implemented, strict protection measures must be taken for the stand.

5. Each grandstand must be assigned a person in charge. This person must be trained and proficient in using the equipment. The key, remote control and pedals of the grandstand distribution box must be kept by this person to prevent loss or misoperation.

6. It is forbidden to climb up and down along the front of the grandstand after the telescopic grandstand is retracted.

7. The power supply must be cut off and the control box door must be locked when the telescopic grandstand is in use or retracted.

Telescopic grandstand seating systems repair and maintenance

1. Regularly check whether the guide rod (made of Ф10 round steel) in the sliding rod guide mechanism on the bottom wheel frame will move axially. If this phenomenon occurs, the nuts at both ends of the guide rod should be properly tightened.

2. Regularly check whether the chain pressure roller of the telescopic synchronization mechanism is working well, whether the fixing and adjusting nuts at both ends of the chain will loose or fall off. If it is abnormal, it should be eliminated.

3. The following parts need to be smeared with butter regularly:
