Design Description
The auditorium chair produced by JUYI SEATING is designed in accordance with the principles of ergonomics and aesthetics. The hardness of the sponge can be adjusted according to user requirements. The design of the product conforms to the principles of ergonomics and aesthetics, and the hardness of the sponge can be adjusted according to user requirements. The column and foot board are made of high-quality aluminum alloy, which is formed by die-casting at one time, and is protected by plastic spraying and is not easy to be corroded. The seat fabric is dust-proof, stain-proof, and moisture-proof, and has anti-static, anti-moth, long-term use without wrinkles, breaks, balls, and fading. Healthy, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective.
Upright
It is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, which is formed by one-time die-casting by the mold, with double protection of plastic spraying, and is not easy to corrode; it is connected with the bolts of the armrest frame.
Foot board
It is made of aluminum alloy and is formed by die casting at one time. It is protected by spraying and is not easy to corrode. It adopts concealed technology. The front hole fixing bolts are hidden inside the foot plate, and the rear hole bolts are fixed on the inner column of the foot plate and the shape of the foot plate.
Turnover mechanism
The double torsion spring adds resistance to rebound and has a noise reduction device, with low noise and a service life of more than 100,000 times.

Using high-density polyurethane shaped foam, one-time foam molding, the foam shape design conforms to ergonomics and aesthetic principles, the softness of the sponge can be adjusted according to user requirements, which increases the comfort and durability of the seat, and is covered with high-quality hemp Fabric; the sea waist of the chair back is recessed, and the overall design conforms to the principle of ergonomics. The back outer panel is made of 16mm high-quality solid wood multi-layer board, which is formed by pressing the mold at one time. The back outer panel and the back cotton are closely connected, and the outer surface is sprayed with Dabao polyester paint.
Armrest frame, armrest panel, writing board
- The armrest frame of the seat is made of cold-rolled steel, and processed by processes such as grinding, polishing, rust removal, phosphating, electrostatic powder spraying, and high temperature furnace.
- The armrest panel is a solid wood armrest, coated with polyester polished paint, which is beautiful and durable; the side panel is made of E1 grade MDF, covered with high-grade fabrics.
- The writing board is made of ABS composite material by a single mold. The rotating shaft adopts a unique vertical 90° flip positioning device. The supporting and connecting structure is made of aluminum alloy die-casting. The writing board is folded into the armrest frame.
Seat
